AUSTIN, TX — Republican Texas Senate candidate Rhonda Ward is launching a Town Hall Tour across Senate District 3 this month to hear directly from constituents and outline her bold, conservative vision for a stronger, safer, and more affordable Texas for working families. Ward is focused on face-to-face engagement, giving voters a clear alternative to career politicians.
“Texans want leaders who show up and who will listen,” said Ward. “This Town Hall Tour opens the door for voters across the district to be seen and heard. Whether it’s taxes, safety, or local jobs, I’m committed to fighting for our families and our future.”
Ward, a lifelong conservative, business owner and Republican leader, emphasized her strong alignment with President Trump’s America First agenda and contrasted that with her opponent’s voting record.
“I campaigned for President Trump across this Senate District. I worked to train volunteers to turn out the vote for President Trump. Let’s just say I never ran into Trent Ashby during that effort,” Ward said. “President Trump won Senate District 3 with 76% of the vote. More than half of the Texas House has a more conservative voting record than my opponent. I will be a State Senator aligned with the voters in this district and with President Trump’s America First agenda in Texas.”
Ward’s first town hall of the tour is set for Wednesday, August 6 in Jasper County.
